Caitlyn Herlihy

Associate

Caitlyn focuses her practice on the art and entertainment sectors. A homegrown talent, she joined Adwar Ivko during law school and has since transitioned into her role as an Associate, bringing institutional knowledge of the clients to her work.

Experience

Caitlyn has been with Adwar Ivko for 2 years working with clients on a range of issues including corporate law, intellectual property, and non-profit law. Outside of Adwar Ivko, Caitlyn has volunteered her time with New York Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.  Prior to joining Adwar Ivko, Caitlyn externed at the Eighth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Caitlyn also has hands-on experience in the arts through her work at the Cleveland Museum of Art, Fenimore Art Museum, and Fenimore Farm.
