Daniel Rosenn is an associate at Adwar Ivko, assisting clients in the art and entertainment sectors with a variety of legal and business needs. 

Experience

Daniel is known for his meticulous organization, planning, and ability to break down complex concepts into clear, concise communication. His ability to take the initiative and creative approach to problem solving allows him to seek what is best for clients. He has a genuine interest for the arts and learning, and continues to stay abreast of current issues being litigated in front of the courts as well as governmental policies.

Professionally, Daniel has extensive experience in IP protection and enforcement. In previous roles, he has conducted domestic and international trademark clearance, drafted responses to USPTO office actions, and handled trademark disputes. These roles gave him a sharp understanding of how to safeguard brand identity in increasingly complex legal and commercial landscapes. He also served independent film directors in negotiating a wide range of contracts, distribution agreements, copyright and trademark registration, fair use review, and entity formation. This work has deepened his understanding of IP protection in the creative industries and strengthened his ability to tailor legal solutions to the unique needs of individual clients.

Daniel is an active member of the following organizations: New York State Bar Association Entertainment Arts & Sports Law Section, and Intellectual Property Law Section, American Bar Association Forum on Entertainment and Sports Industries, and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
