Jack’s career reflects a deep immersion in the world of Intellectual Property, beginning in Washington, D.C., and expanding into the New York legal market. He entered the field as a Patent Agent at Fleit, Jacobson, Cohn, Price, Holman and Stern while completing his legal education, where he managed all phases of Patent Prosecution and
international coordination. Following his admission to the bar, he served as an associate attorney at the New York firms of Helfgott & Karas, P.C. and later Cohen, Pontani, Lieberman & Pavane. In 1995, Jack transitioned into private practice by establishing the Law Office of Jack J. Schwartz. Over the next three decades, he scaled the firm into Jack Schwartz & Associates, PLLC, leading a team of associate attorneys and patent agents while providing expert IP counsel to both direct clients and fellow legal professionals.
